 Welcome Sound Training Solutions was incorporated in 1994 to provide specialist-training and coaching services to the Call/Contact Centre and Help desk industries. The company aims to provide learning experiences that will maximise effectiveness while minimising time away from the work place.
Our mission is: To provide cost-effective, customised learning experiences as appropriate, to professional sales and support personnel without impacting the operation of our clients’ business.
Sound Training Solutions’ clients include companies within the computer and telecommunication industries and the finance, transport, distribution, health and retail sectors. In 2006, after a rigorous selection process, Sound Training Solutions was awarded a place on the Australian Public Service Commission's Learning and Development Panel.
